The Barge European Tapas.
Our Head Chef Jorge Noble has put together an imaginative menu of small dishes designed for sharing, a starter or with freinds with a drink.
The food is inspired by Spain, France and Italy, which means the flavours are unfussy and bold. The emphasis is placed on the quality of the product and the marrying of two or three flavours.
We source our produce from local Kentish farmers and fishermen. We use sustainable fish where possible.
